FAQs

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
What countries do you ship too?
We ship to Canada and the United States.
What shipping services do you offer?
We currently Offer Standard and Expedited shipping for Canada and the United States.  You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
 If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@bjouxjewelry.com with your name and order number and will get back to you as soon as possible.
What materials are Bjoux’s pieces made of?
We use only the highest quality S925 nickel free Sterling Silver and all our jewelry is coated in the best 14K & 18K Gold.  All of our jewelry is also e-coated to help your jewelry maintain it’s brilliance even through everyday wear and tare. 
Because of the high quality of the materials we use, there is a very low risk of any irritation, and Bjoux’s jewelry is non-tarnishing.  You can find the material of each one of our products in the product description on the product page.
