Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Holidays & Postal delays: We will always do our absolute best to get you your order as quickly as possible, however, you may experience delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues that are outside of our control. We will always update our website with our current shipping times.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer a $9.95 flat rate shipping fee for all standard (3-9 business days) orders within Canada.
International Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer a $10.95 flat rate shipping fee for all standard (4-8 business days) orders within the USA.
We also offer free shipping on all orders $125+ CAD.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@bjouxjewelry.com with your name and order number and will get back to you as soon as possible.
