We do not offer a return or exchange on any products purchased on www.bjouxjewelry.com.  Due to the delicate nature and meaning behind our jewelry pieces, we are unable to return items that have already been shipped.  At Bjoux, we strive to offer the highest level of customer service and will continue to offer our gorgeous clientele the most luxurious shopping experience possible.

What If My Item is delivered damaged?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in anyway, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at customerservice@bjouxjewelry.com with your order number and a minimum of 3 photos of the item’s condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our very best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
