• Take of your Bjoux jewelry while showering, swimming or working-out.  Although your Bjoux is water-resistant, eliminate prolonged exposure to water when possible
• Remove your Bjoux jewelry before using household chemicals and cleaning products to prevent unnecessary exposure
• Avoid exposing your Bjoux jewelry to: make-up, cosmetics, perfume, hairspray, sunscreen or sanitizer

Are Bjoux Jewelry Pieces Water-Resistant?

Bjoux jewelry is plated in 14K or 18K Gold Vermeil and E-coated which allows it to withstand exposure to moisture without any damage.  Even though Bjoux jewelry pieces have a high tolerance to moisture, we still recommend that you try to prevent extended exposure to liquids.

Hypoallergenic jewelry is jewelry that is less likely to cause a reaction.  Because Bjoux's base metal is a nickel free Sterling (S925) Silver, our jewelry is less likely to ever cause a reaction, even if the e-coating and plating were to be removed.
