When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
What materials are Bjoux’s pieces made of?
We use only the highest quality S925 nickel free Sterling Silver and all our jewelry is coated in the best 14K & 18K Gold. All of our jewelry is also e-coated to help your jewelry maintain it’s brilliance even through everyday wear and tare.
What countries do you ship too?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Bjoux jewelry is ethically
sourced and manufactured in China with verified suppliers that have been recognized for their safe work environments and quality craftsmanship. At Bjoux, we monitor and manage our inventory
closely to ensure we continue to deliver the best quality to our clients and as such, we limit our batch orders to allow for quality control

We currently offer Standard and Expedited shipping for Canada and the United States. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Your jewelry care card easily fits into your Bjoux jewelry pouch making it simple to take care of your Bjoux Jewelry. You will also receive a Bjoux polishing cloth to be used to maintain the sparkle of your Bjoux pieces.

Bjoux’s keepsake jewelry packaging were created to give you a beautiful un-boxing experience, but also meant to be kept and re-used to store your jewelry. Re-using our boxes will keep your jewelry safe and organized. Bjoux pouches will prevent any type of dust or debris touch sit on your jewelry when not wearing it.
